All tournaments will be played as scheduled unless the course is closed because of weather. (The next week’s Tournament will keep same assigned tee times.) You will receive an email before 7AM if play is cancelled. One third of the membership must play to constitute a tournament. Signup sheets for tournaments will be available on Tuesday prior to next week’s tournament.  You must contact Gail Treanor at (617-930-4194 or gtreanor@comcast.net) by 12pm on Sunday with any changes. Tee times are emailed to members on Monday AM. Any changes after 12PM on Monday, call Pro Shop at 781-933-9880.  Scheduling of tee times is predetermined by the scheduler and members will not be allowed to change them to suit their preferences.

 

Please arrive early and check in at the Pro Shop so that you are ready to play 15 minutes before your tee time.

 

The field will be divided into four flights. You must sign check-in sheet and pay $4 before play on Tuesdays. If you don’t play, you are not required to pay the $4. The only exceptions to the four flight tournaments are team tournaments, Member/Guest and Member/Member.

 

MARKING YOUR 3 SCORECARDS FOR TOURNAMENTS:

 

Foursomes keep three scorecards: Mark one for TOURNAMENT, one for HANDICAP, and one for RINGERS. Each of the cards is to be filled out by a different person in order to confirm scores at end of match.  To be eligible for prizes, members must sign the tournament sheet at the Pro Shop and pay the tournament fee, without exception before play.  In the case of a tie, the winner will be determined by the lowest score on the most difficult handicap holes. Only one prize per golfer per regular Tuesday play.
